AI & Growth Marketing Intern

Through Lanmea Capital, we are building a private markets platform focused on India and Southeast Asia.

We believe the next edge in B2B visibility is technology-driven marketing: AI-generated content, intelligent distribution, and being discoverable not just on search engines but inside AI answer engines. As our AI & Growth Marketing Intern, you'll run experiments across all our brands to grow reach, credibility and inbound interest.

This is a builder's role: you'll treat marketing as a system to be measured, automated and compounded.

• AI-generated content: working on articles, posts, newsletters and creative assets at scale, with a consistent brand voice and human editorial quality

• Social media marketing: planning and running content across LinkedIn (our primary B2B channel) and other platforms, building consistent multi-brand calendars

• Video generation: producing short-form and explainer video using AI video and editing tools for social, web and outreach

• Paid ads & performance management: setting up, running and optimising ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), and reporting on spend, funnel and ROI

• SEO & GEO optimisation: improving traditional search rankings and Generative Engine Optimisation, making our brands discoverable and accurately cited inside AI answer engines

• Online community strategies: growing and engaging communities and audiences around our brands

• Website tools & content: improving site content, landing pages, conversion paths and embedded tools across our brand websites

• Measurement: instrumenting analytics, defining KPIs, and running structured experiments so we know what actually drives visibility and pipeline

• You'll work across the entire Lanmea group (rare breadth for an internship), touching B2B advisory and private markets marketing

Requirements

• Full-time availability required

• Currently in your final year of, or recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Data, or a related field. We care more about evidence than the exact discipline

• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a genuine excitement for exploring new AI-driven marketing strategies

• Strong written English and a sharp sense for B2B tone and storytelling

• Analytical, data-driven mindset, comfortable with metrics, dashboards and experimentation

• A self-starter who has built something of their own: a YouTube channel, Instagram/LinkedIn following, blog, newsletter, side project or campaign

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, international setting

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with paid ads platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta) and performance reporting

• Experience with SEO tools, analytics or marketing automation

• Familiarity with GEO / AI search optimisation and how LLMs surface and cite sources

• Exposure to video/photo editing, motion or short-form content creation

• Interest in finance, private markets, tech or B2B advisory
